....arrive tomorrow evening! Dad's gonna go across on the ferry (about 1-ish) to Liverpool i think, pick the boys up the all sail back again. So shall get the beds ready for them. They're sleeping in my room and im sleeping in the livingroom on the sofabed. Looking forward to it

Then on Monday night me and Darren are going to see Dark Knight. Looks good.

Yeah.... i had a sudden burst of realisation the other day. That im gonna be 30 next year. I was stunned for a while but it wore off eventualy. That ever happen to you?

And ive been tidying my room, and hoovered it and i gotta say it lookes fab! Pretty much ready for when my 2 nephews, Peter & Joseph come to stay (the sleep in my room and i sleep on the sofabed). They're coming on the 1st Augst and staying for a couple weeks. Looking forward to it

First it was Blue Wing's 113 and today it was room 221 on 2nd floor of Red Wing...i was looking for Christine (who i work with) and happened to stick my head in 221 to see if she was tere and was comfrornted with rubble everywhere. Wondered what the heck had happened, looked up at the ceiling to see a huge hole. Its been reported and should get sorted and no, no one was staying in that room at the time.

Right....well work was interestin today, i have to say. There was a little uuh mis-hap. See, room 113 kinda got damaged, sorta. A skip truck (or something like that) was, im not sure, turning round or reversing and ended up going into 113. Needless to say the window was pretty much demolished and there was glass all over the place. Good thing the lederly couple who are staying in that room were out on their coach trip. Yesyerday the elderly gentleman was ill so they stayed in all day...if this had happened yesterday while they were there...well im just glad they werent there. So we had to move their blongings to another room up on Red Wing.

How much and how long its gonna take to repare i have no idea but the staff side door will be out of bounds for a while i imagine (113 is pretty much above the side door we use). Hmm wonder if this will be in the local papers?

Also it seems the grooming parlour where we take Bobby has closed. Didnt know untill dad took Bobby down yesterday for his appontment. Been closed for about a month apparently. We were never told about this. No phone call, nothing! I never liked that woman. So far we havnt been able to find any other grooming services, atleast not close to home anyway so....we'll keep looking. Hopfuly we'll find one. I dont think we could clip him ourselves.

...have a day where everythings going ok then all of a sudden it all goes wrong (or as Darren would say doolally tap)? Well it happened to us (me n mum) today. OK, first off i somehow, dont ask me how, forgot to put water in the pan full of potatoes and put it on the hob. Only realised id forgotten when i came to check them. I seriously have no idea how i forgot to put water in. The spuds still cooked though, amazingly enough and didnt taste to bad. Secondly, while mum was making the onion gravy the glass jug, suddenly and without warning, broke and the gravy wen all over the worktop, stool and floor. Managed to clean it up and and replace the carpet tile with a new one (we have a lot of spares) and the stool cushion will need washing too.

*takes a deep breath* 1..2..3..4..5.......and breath. Aaaahhhh, ok, i feel better now. Please, let me not have another day like that again for a looooooooooooooooooooong time!!!

Well, there are 2 films coming out soon that id love to go see.....Dark Knight and WALL-E. Both look great And if i dont see them in the cinema then i'll jus have to wait for them to come out on DVD. I must admit, im running out of space on my big DVD/video bookcase. Its crammed full of DVDs and videos oh and numerous small stuffed toys aswell. I wish i had a bigger bedroom!

Work at the hotel is stll going well. Got a couple of coaches in at the moment so a lot of work to do. My back is rather achey...i think a combination of vacuming and bending over making beds but i dont complain, i just try to keep focused on my work.

My nose is still gungey and i have a slight cough but other than that i am feeling a lot better than i did a couple days ago. Unfortunatly i seem to have passed my cold on to my mum now I swear summer colds seem worse than winter ones.

I am currently cillin out and watching X-Men 3 The Last Stand.

Just found out that i have to be in work at 7.15 am Gona be very busy apparently so.....i shall grin and bear it and hope my cold behaves its self. I guess 7.15 isnt too bad, really. I start at 8am a lot so,and who knows maybe i'll get out a bit earlier. Hmm, could get more money too.

....chooooooooooooooooooooo!!! *blows nose for the umpteenth time* I am full of a cold. Have been since yesterday. Really bunged up and i think my sinus is hurting a bit. Taking Sudafed capsules and using Vicks Sinax (you squirt it up ya nose to help unblock it) oh and a lot of tissues. But its my day off tomorrow so i can have a rest and take it easy. Oow, i just been out helpin bring the washing in and boy did the sun ever hurt my eyes....shoulda put my shades on.

Other than that im ok. Works still goin ok. Got the RAF lot comin in on Friday.
