Well, toay was a lot better than yesterday....the weather yesterday was rotten. It rained alnost continuously all day. And my jaw was giving me jip, so it was the works...painkillers, biteplate and hot wheatbag (to hold against my jaw) which, im glad to say worked. So today ive been fine plus the weather's been lovely and sunny, even warm.

i have this problem with it, it affects the nerves/muscles so i get bouts of bad pain.
