Boy did i have a bad night last night 
My jaw was playing up again which resulted in me not getting much sleep and downing some Nurofen at 3am and popping my bite plate in. So as you can imagine i was feeling a bit worse for wear this morning. Rest of the day i was feeling off but im feeling better now.
In other news, my cousin Karen payed a flying visit today. Havnt seen her since she moved to Dumfrise some years ago. She and her family were over on holiday so they saw my gran, Karens folks (my auntie & uncle) then us. I must say the 2 girls, Erica & Jade hav grown loads and little TJ (first time we seen him). It was a short visit but was nice seeing her again
