I am getting a new mobile number, as i decided to go onto this new Sure.Mobile thing, so txts will be 7p instead of 10p. I been letting friends/family know my new number. Just gotta use up the last of me cred then swap the sim cards over, register the new one and hey presto

Having to send my DVD player back because the sound started cutting out for no reason, so i emailed Amazon and they are sending me a replacment (lets hope this one works ok). Lucky i still have my old DVD player.

Poor Darren is off work for a few days (well, has been since coming home from work last thursday after falling ill).Seems he's picked up a bug of some kind. Poor thing, always seems to be getting ill

Well, Kev and the boys went home this morning so the house is pretty quiet and pretty much back to normal. I cant hellp but feel down though, know what i mean? So i bought myself another Megadrive game off Ebay to make me feel better. I got Rocket Knight Adventures. Never played that one so should be good

Well, the boys are having a good time so far. They arrived just after 3pm on Saturday. My how they've grown! Peter (who's 13) is taller than me and mum now (we're both about 5'2"). Little Joseph (4 years old) is happy. He loves Thomas The Tank Engine heh. Yesterday (SUnday) was Port Erin lifeboat day, so we went down there. There was stalls, rides and stuff and it was warm and sunny then after that we went to the beach for an hour or so. Then today we went for a train ride to castletown. Went to the park then went into the town itself for a couple hours before back to th epark then back on the train home. Not sure where we'll take them tomorrow as i have to go to the job center in the afternoon for a chat with someone, like i did first time i went on the dole. Just to help me ou tin finding a job. Then after that to Tesco to do some shopping.Oh and we took them to see "Big Nan" (my nan).

Yup, my 2 nephews come tomorrow. Everythings about ready, i think. The fold-up bed is down from the loft, got pillows and quilts ready, and other stuff. We're looking forward to it

Ive been watching Disneys The Little Mermaid (i have it on video) a lot the last week or so but just lately its started to go funny. Ya know, the picture goes funny, the sound goes. I think i may have to re-buy it on DVD. I have had the video for many years.

Right, said pigeon is now at the MSPCA (Manx Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) and hopfuly they will do their best for him/her. May call in a few days to see how its getting on

Wel its about 7.30 am, i slept right through the night, which makes a nice change. Last few days ive been waking up round about 3am for some reason. Anyway, checked on the pigeon and e's still alert and has had a go at the bread i put in his box last night. Maybe he has a chance at the MSPCA. We'll see.

Meg had a pigeon (this is her 2nd one now). Managed to get it off her, then Bobby decided he wanted to chase it round th egarden. Poor thing. Managed to get it though and now its in a box with a little dish of water. Unfortunatly the vets and the MSPCA are shut for the night so, gonna keep it over night and try MSPCA again tomorrow. Its out in the front porch, hopfuly it should be alright out there. I dunno if much can be done for it, but it was still alert and moving round. If they have to put it to sleep then ok, as long as its not suffering anymore. Poor thing has a huge gash on its chest and wounds under both wings. Dad wanted to let it go but in that condition i doubt it woulda lasted long.Anyway i shall let you know what happens.

Gonna be getting another dawrf hamster soon, i hope. Friend ouf ours recently got 2. Thought they were the same sex, untill one had babies. Babies died unfortunatly, think they got sqashed by perents. So perents in seperate cages now and little girl could be due to give birth again soon. She looks pretty big. So, we shall have to wait and see.

I dont know about anywhere else but man is it hot here on the isle of man. And i am still not biting my nails. Im doing well

OOohhh and while we was out earlier, down near the old marine biological lab we saw a basking shark. It swam really close then along the coast a bit and was swimming back and forth (feeding i imagine). Wonderful sight, seeing the huge black fins sikming through the waves.

Well, ok not really heh but it has been pouring all afternoon. Rain's good though. I like getting caught in it.

A week tomorrow my 2 nephews will arrive for a week. Should be fun. Havnt seen them since last year when we went across to England for my bro Davids wedding (which doesnt seem to have lasted from what we've heard from my other 2 brothers).

Completed day 2 of no nail biting. Im sure i can see the start of nails appearing

This is my old cat Tigger (sister to Felix RIP). She is about 11/12 years old. Just lately she's started sleeping on my bed which she's rarely ever done. Normaly she sleeps up ontop of folks wardrobe on the sheepskin rug (up there because the dog tried to eat it), but i think its starting to get hard for Tigger to jump up there now. Must be old age catching up. She has to first jump up onto the chest of drawers then up onto the wardrobe and its quite a jump from said chest of drawers onto said wardrobe. So i guess the bed is easier. I dont mind though. I like the company

I have decided to stop biting my nails and grow them (again). I had stopped just over a year ago, but when my beloved moggy Felix got that lump on her shoulder and we had to have her put to sleep..well the whole thing really got ot me and i started biting my nails. Ive got thorough one day (today) without biting and will continue to not bite (kinda like giving up the ciggies, aint it). But i can and will do it

Me and mum made my Auntie Chris a get well soon card today. She has Shingles Ive never had it but my mum told me it is very painful and can last ages. Poor Auntie Chris.

Me and dad built my bookcase (or shoudld that be DVD/Video case) yesterday. Onlytook a couple of hours. Then i spent today filing it with DVDs & Videos. It looks good too Am now relaxing and watching Catchphrase on Challenge channel. Good stuff

Guess what! My 2 nephews (my bro Kev's 2 boys) are coming to stay with us for a week, near the end of July. Then Kev will come over for a couple days too The boys will sleep in my room and i'll have the sofabed.....not sure where Kev will sleep yet though but im sure we'll figure something out.

Heard from my bro Kev earlier today. He had his scan. The good news is, they didnt find any gall stones. The bad news is that they found something on one of his kidney's. So he's gonna have to have a couple of full body scans to find out more. Other than that he's still fine. His wife and oldest son are away camping so he and his younger son have the house to themselves

Well, im feeling a lot better today. I havnt fely groggy like i have been the last couple of days. Still a wee bit bunged up but it just seems to be the cough thats persisting. It is currently raining (what a suprise). Luckily over here on the Isle of Man we havnt had any flooding or such like over in Britain.

Gonna be busy 2moz. Picking up my wages from my ex-job, going to buy some bits and pieces to build myself a bookcase (gonna put all me vids/DVDs on it instead of in the big chest), then to Tesco to do the shopping.

Oh yes, the Sky Plus thing went well so now the new box is in and working as is the old one in my room I recorded 2 episodes of Sonic Underground (even though i have the complete series on DVD).

Great, now i have a cold. Or should that be now i hab a code. Yes, im bunged up, coughing, sneezing and feeling a bit groggy. Ive been taking my medicine and Sudofed capsules, so hopfuly they should help a bit. Gonna be watching CSI-Crime Scene Investigators tonight, its the final episode in the current series. I soooo want to find out who the minature-model killer is!

Been busy today despite my cold. Walked the dog, vacumed the livingroom, including both armchairs abd the settee, then in the front porch, hallway, bathroom and kitchen. Then i tidied my room a bit (the sky people come tomorrow to install new sky plus box, so im getting the old one), and put my new curtains up.

I'm gonna go relax now, this colds making me feel dizzy. Laters

Yeah, i made up my mind and decided to leave the scallop factory. There didnt seem any point in doing a job that i wasnt really enjoying and that left me in pain and exhausted so i popped in this morning to tell Bruno (boss) that i was leaving. He was understanding and thanked me for all the help. I have to call in on Friday to get my last wages. So i am back on the dole and to be honest im really happy about it Hopfuly th e next job i get will be an enjoyable one.

My throat has gotten worse. Its a bit sore and ive been coughhing all day, so i got some Benylin tickly cough medicine and i must say it tastes rather nice. Must be the liquid sugar in it. Hopfuly it shoudl help. Oh and my head has finaly stopped aching, thank gawd. Headaches suck.

Anyway, i am just going to relax now.

I have a bad day....i didnt sleep well last night. I was drifting in and out of sleep all night. Woke up with a pounding headache, period pain (gah), feeling dizzy. Feeling a lot better now though, but still have a slight headache. So i just been chillin out all day.

I finnaly got a maker barn built in Harvest Moon DS but i have no idea how im suposed to use it, so if anyone could help me out id appreciate it
